Mexican Family Cooking Together

A Family Table,
Three Generations Deep
Los Primos began in a small hillside kitchen in Oaxaca, where recipes were never written down — only tasted, corrected, and passed from hand to hand. Every mole, every masa, every salsa on our menu still begins the way it always has: with fresh corn, hand-ground spices, and time.
We work directly with local growers for our chiles, herbs and produce, and we still nixtamalize our own corn each morning. Nothing here is shortcut — it's handcrafted, the same way our grandmothers taught us.
